Bin Washer GCS© Line
The difference between the GCS© Line and the Crate Washer Line is the size of the item being washed and the use of the Gravity Controlled System©, a patented design that helps to process bins at a faster pace as well as minimize costs.
Advantages: ¹ Only the GCS© 700 can process half-size bins
GCS© 700:
Tilts bins at a 45° angle to rid the bins of debris before they exit the system. Many of our customers put them in line with their dumps and re-stacker systems, cleaning and sanitizing their bins every time they are returned from the fields. Great for perforated plastic bins.
We offer many optional equipment for the systems, such as blowers, conveyor systems, re-stackers and de-stackers, elevators, heating tubes, etc. If there is anything you would like added, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

GCS© 800:
Tilts bins a complete 180°, cleaning bins completely inside and out. It is a larger system but can still be put in line with your dump and re-stacker systems. This system is great for both produce bins (perforated and non-perforated) and collapsable bins.
