Crate Washer Line
The plastic Crate Washer Line is a smaller version of our award winning Produce Bin Washer GCS©. This system is designed for plastic lugs and crates.

First, insert the lug/crate upside down onto the conveyor belt.

Once inside the system, the lug/crate is washed and sanitized thoroughly with your chemicals of choice with the use of stainless steel power nozzles.

During the washing process, any debris in the lug/crate will fall into the holding tank.

Water is recycled throughout the system. When you feel the holding tank is too dirty, simply open the valve to allow the water to exit. Re-fill the system and begin running your lugs/crates through the system again. It’s that simple!

What’s so great about this system is that if your company uses a variety of sizes, this system is capable of cleaning and sanitizing them. All that needs to be done is an adjustment of the conveyor which is done by simply turning a knob.

There are two systems in this Line:
Crate Washer 500: comes without a trash belt.
Crate Washer 550: comes equipped with a trash belt.
